Made them for the first time tonight…easy peasy!  And oh so delish!

Boil and shell eggs.  Take your favorite bulk sausage and wrap it around dry eggs evenly.  Then roll in crushed crackers or bread crumbs ( I used Ritz), place on a rack over a pan and bake in in a 400 degree oven for 30 -35 minutes turning once half way thru.


Along with homemade biscuits…finally getting the hang of them. It does take practice!


Oh…and an Irish coffee completes the meal!!! Husband loved the Scotch eggs and he has a REAL aversion to boiled eggs.
