Gloomy and wet. A good excuse to stay in and get that first room finished. And some sewing done. I have an order to get out of here ASAP! And another little something I am working on. So this is just a short and sweet “Good Morning” to you all. I will post as I make progress - on all my endeavors. Do you know the name of the flower?
It looks as though it would look beautiful in a pot on the porch. Do you know anything about the plant?

Hi Laura! The flower is a camelia. We have two of the bushes in our yard - one on each front corner of our house. I will see tomorrow about getting a full picture so you can see what it looks like. They are a NO maintenence plant. I have never seen one in a pot…but I dont know that much about horticulture. So…look out for more pictures. Oh…one of the camelias is the candy stripe you see above. The other is a solid.
